Gustavo Bebianno Rocha

Gustavo Bebianno Rocha has a Law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ), a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Illinois (USA), and post-graduate degrees in Corporate Management from IBMEC-RJ, Business Administration from PUC-RJ and Economics and Corporate Law from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-RJ). Benianno has more than 25 years' experience in civil, business, commercial and litigation law practice and a solid track record in business management and business development, focusing on management and restructuring of corporate teams and environments, creation and implementation of corporate processes and policies, internal auditing and due diligence. Has worked alongside Jair Bolsonaro since 2017 as one of the main articulators in the presidential campaign that elected him President of the Republic. As Secretary General of the Presidency, he will be tasked with assisting the President in his relationship with civil society and helping modernize the Brazilian State by providing increasingly simple, agile and accessible services to citizens.
