Australia expresses interest in increasing trade ties with Brazil

During a bilateral meeting this Friday (30 November) with President Michel Temer, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrisson said he had an interest in expanding trade relations with Brazil and Mercosur.
For Temer, it is in Brazil's interest to strengthen ties with Australia, especially in terms of trade relations, investments and renewable energies. The president also stressed the possibility of creating a direct flight route between the two countries, an idea well received by the Australian Prime Minister.
